We deal in real machines, which means we are bound by the realities of physical manufacturing. We guarantee to replace your movement entirely if it fails under normal conditions. However, this guarantee is strictly contingent upon the continued manufacturing and global supply of the VK64 Meca-Quartz caliber by Seiko Instruments Inc.
If, decades from now, Seiko permanently halts production of this specific engine, we will provide the closest compatible mechanical equivalent available, or offer a pro-rated brand credit. We promise to keep your watch running as long as the world produces the parts to do so.

- Catastrophic Mechanical Failure: We guarantee the Seiko VK64 engine against internal manufacturing defects that prevent the watch from keeping time or functioning as intended.
- Zero Part Fees: If the engine seizes or fails under standard wear, we will repair or swap the entire movement at zero cost for parts or labor.
We are extending extreme trust to our collectors, and we ask for the same in return. The guarantee does not cover negligence:
- The Consumables: Battery depletion is a natural reality of a hybrid movement. Standard battery replacements are not covered.
- Water Ingress & Abuse: Damage resulting from operating pushers underwater, leaving the crown unscrewed, or severe blunt-force trauma (drops, high-impact crashes).
- Battle Scars: Scratches, scuffs, or patina on the case, sapphire crystal, dial, hands, or leather. Wear them with prideβthey aren't defects.
- Pit Lane Tampering: If the case back is opened or tampered with by an unauthorized third-party jeweler, this guarantee is instantly and permanently voided. Let our certified technicians handle the engine.
- Tied to the Driver: This guarantee is an exclusive pact between Cypher and the original purchaser. It is strictly non-transferable. Original proof of purchase is required to initiate a claim.
- Transit: The owner is responsible for safe, standard inbound shipping to our designated service center. We will cover the return shipping once the engine is restored.
