FIND YOUR GRID POSITION
- Own the entire post-purchase customer experience — from order confirmation to review collection across all Cypher collections
- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs, and phone with warmth and speed
- Manage warranty registrations, serial number registries, and the owner database
- Track and resolve delivery issues with logistics partners
- Build repeat purchase relationships — turning first-time buyers into multi-watch collectors
- Collect and organize customer testimonials, UGC photos, and video content for marketing
- 2+ years in customer relations, CRM, or client servicing (D2C or premium brand preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi — you'll be the voice of Cypher
- Comfort with Google Sheets, Shopify admin, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
- Someone who takes ownership — not someone who waits for instructions
- Genuine interest in watches, luxury goods, or the D2C space (not required, but it shows)
- This is NOT a fresher role — we need someone who's handled real customer conversations at scale
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with minimal hand-holding
- Convert pre-booking leads, abandoned carts, and warm inquiries into confirmed orders via phone and WhatsApp
- Cold call potential customers from ad-generated lead lists — explain the product, handle objections, close the sale
- Follow up with waitlist customers to drive pre-bookings for new batches and upcoming collections
- Track every conversation and conversion in our sales sheet — data is everything here
- Feed customer insights back to the founder — what objections come up, what hooks land, what blocks the sale
- Hit weekly and monthly conversion targets with full transparency on numbers
- 2+ years in telesales, inside sales, or conversion-focused roles (D2C, e-commerce, or premium products preferred)
- Someone who's genuinely good on the phone — confident, warm, not pushy, knows when to listen
- Track record of hitting targets — we'll ask for numbers in the interview
- Fluent in Hindi and English; ability to switch between casual and professional tone
- Comfort with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tracking
- Must have real cold-calling or tele-conversion experience — not just inbound support
- We sell a premium product with real demand — this role is about closing, not convincing people they need a watch
- Shoot product videos, unboxing content, wrist shots, lifestyle footage, and cinematic brand reels for Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ads across all Cypher collections
- Edit vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) video content optimized for social media — fast cuts, text overlays, sound design
- Create scroll-stopping ad creatives that match our brand aesthetic — premium, refined, motorsport-inspired
- Shoot and edit founder-led content — behind-the-scenes, factory visits, brand storytelling
- Manage the in-house equipment setup — cameras, lighting, audio gear (all provided by us)
- Stay on top of trending formats, transitions, and editing styles for Reels, Shorts, and paid ads
- 2+ years of professional video production — product videography, ad creatives, or social media content
- Strong portfolio showing product-focused work (watches, jewellery, premium goods, or fashion strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (primary), After Effects (preferred), and CapCut (for quick social edits)
- Understanding of what performs on Reels and Meta video ads — not just "cinematic" but conversion-oriented
- Ability to work independently — shoot, light, edit, and deliver without needing a full production team
- Colour grading skills that match a premium, high-contrast brand look
- Must have a showreel or portfolio — we will not consider candidates without visual proof of past work
- Must understand the difference between "looks cinematic" and "converts on Meta" — we need both
