A Cypher timepiece is built to last. We stand behind our engineering with a comprehensive international warranty and a lifetime guarantee of authenticity.

1. The 2-Year Movement Warranty

Every Cypher timepiece is covered by a 24-Month International Warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the mechanical and electronic integrity of the movement.

If your watch movement fails to keep time within factory specifications due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the movement free of charge.

2. Coverage Scope

What is Covered
  • Movement Failure: Sudden stoppage or irregular timekeeping.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Loose hands, dial markers, or indices.
  • Assembly Errors: Misaligned bezel or internal debris.
  • Water Resistance: Failure under normal conditions (if crown was screwed down).
What is Not Covered
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches on case, crystal, or bezel.
  • Consumables: Battery life, leather straps, and rubber bands.
  • Accidental Damage: Dropping, crushing, or breaking the crystal.
  • User Error: Water damage caused by leaving the crown open.

3. Voiding The Warranty

Your warranty is a bond of trust. It will be considered void if:

  • The caseback has been opened by anyone other than a certified Cypher service partner.
  • The watch shows signs of severe impact or gross negligence.
  • The original serial number has been removed or tampered with.

4. Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that every timepiece sold through cypherwatches.com is 100% authentic, factory-direct, and passes our strict Quality Control (QC) standards.

Your digital invoice and the unique serial number engraved on your watch serve as your permanent Certificate of Authenticity.

5. How to File a Claim

If you suspect a defect, follow this protocol:

  1. Document: Take a clear video or photo demonstrating the issue.
  2. Contact: Email support@cypherwatches.com with your Order ID and the evidence.
  3. Assessment: Our technical team will attempt to troubleshoot remotely.
  4. Service: If a repair is needed, we will issue a Service Authorization and instructions for shipping the watch to our Mumbai service center.
