From our Mumbai workshop to your wrist, anywhere on Earth. We utilize secured logistics partners to ensure your timepiece arrives precisely on schedule.
1. Dispatch & Processing
Every Cypher timepiece undergoes a final Quality Control (QC) inspection before leaving our facility. Because of this rigor:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Allocation Orders: For limited "Allocation" drops, specific dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
For our patrons within India, we offer complimentary secured shipping.
- Carrier: We partner with premium couriers like Bluedart and Delhivery for expedited transit.
- Timeline: Metro cities typically receive delivery within 2-4 business days. Rest of India takes 4-7 business days.
- Cost: Free of charge.
3. International Shipping (Global)
We ship globally to over 200 countries. Whether you are in New York, London, or Dubai, Cypher delivers.
- Carriers: We utilize DHL Express or FedEx International Priority for secure, tracked global transit.
- Timeline: International shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your region.
4. Duties & Taxes (International)
For international orders, please be aware of the customs protocol:
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): Our product prices do not include import duties or local taxes. You (the customer) are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees charged by your country's government upon arrival. We recommend checking your local customs rates before purchasing.
5. Tracking & Telemetry
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email containing your unique AWB Tracking Number.
You can track the live status of your shipment via the link provided in the email or through your Cypher Account dashboard.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
All Cypher shipments are insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it:
- Do not accept a package if the seal is broken or tampered with.
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours at support@cypherwatches.com.
- We will open an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement immediately upon verification.
